Domestic & international shipping

Tracked US shipping is $5 no matter how many sets you purchase.

November-January each year this rate may temporarily increase to $5.50 due to holiday postal increases.

If your package is “lost” but tracking says it is delivered, you will need to speak with your post office about locating where your package was left via their GPS scan location. Honey Moon Designs cannot be responsible for packages lost by the post office if addressed correctly according to the address you input. All packages are insured and you may file a claim with the post office for a refund.

I’m currently shipping, 2-3 days a week. Orders ship 3-5 BUSINESS days after payment has been confirmed (Saturdays and Sundays not included). Holidays, severe weather or emergencies may delay your shipment. If your in stock order is for something special, let me know so I can expedite your shipping to go out right away.

returns & exchanges

Due to the nature of this product, returns and exchanges are not accepted. This is a beauty product and proper storage is essential. Once the nails are in your hands, we do not know how they have been handled or stored.

Please be sure to look over listings carefully, all images and descriptions are accurate but colors may look slightly different on your screen. Please be sure you’re viewing images on proper brightness and color settings.

damaged or faulty goods

Items that arrived damaged by the post office may be claimed with the post office for a refund via their postal insurance, all packages have insurance for the full value of your order.
